The fully custom 70 meters superyacht Numptia built by the Italian shipyard Rossinavi Yachts personifies elegance on the sea. It embodies an unconventional layout, uniquely crafted designs, and top-notch engineering. Working on the owner’s brief for a perfect yachting experience, various aspects of yacht building were reassessed and handpicked experts helped realize the dream. The result is 70 meters floating “modern-day temple of refined luxury, Numptia’s style is cohesive enough to feel delicately balanced yet shows enough variation to invite one’s eye to wander and take in all pleasures and comforts she has to offer.”
The yacht’s exterior combines looks, distribution of volume, and maximum performance, which echoes a timeless elegance. While the designer Achille Salvagni has created an unexpected and unorthodox design for the yacht’s interiors. He has achieved a harmonious and comfortable environment with a closely matched color palette and unconstructive lighting. He has used natural woods and natural stones to give each deck a unique personality yet has managed to achieve a cohesive look for the whole yacht. Keeping in mind the owner’s emphasis on dining and service, the yacht is equipped with a pantry on every deck. Also, a centrally placed circular glass elevator makes all the decks accessible except the sun deck.
The main deck with its full floor-to-ceiling windows offers luxurious views of the sea and features a central bar, dining area, and galley. The bas-relief dining room is adorned with relic-like objects of civilizations long forgotten. Forward the main deck is the sumptuous full beam owner’s quarters, which consists of a study, reading area, central bedroom, and television area. Additionally, it also features a grand bathroom with a central bathtub, shower area, plus his and hers dressing rooms. The bridge area features a starboard radio room, port side guest sitting area, and a sizeable VIP cabin equipped for entertainment. The bridge area also includes a library and an aft deck al-fresco dining area. Four guest cabins can be found on the lower deck.
What’s unique on Numptia is a spa deck. It features a sauna, steam room, and fully equipped gym area, complemented by a fully fitted outdoor area with comfortable sunbeds for lounging around. It also features a bar and barbecue area. On the other hand, the sun deck is maximized for open-air entertainment. This area can also be turned into a party area with the help of the included disco-lights. It also features a central pool and helicopter landing area.
