The Koenigsegg One:1 really should be nicknamed the unicorn of cars. Extremely rare and hard to come by, these cars are among the rarest in the world today. Only 6 cars were built and sold to customers by Koenigsegg. So, in an attempt to bring one last One:1 to the asphalt, the Swedish manufacturer has put up the development car for sale in the UK. This particular car is the same One:1 that showed up at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show and was used to build the remaining examples of the model. This One:1 is the fastest production car to go around the Spa Francorchamps and the Suzuka circuit in Japan.
For a car this rare, iconic and special, the seller, Super Vettura, is asking for a whopping $6 million. This is quite stunning, given the fact that the base price of the One:1 in the United States was $2.85 million. Under the hood, the car packs a 5.0-litre twin-turbo V8 that produces 1360 hp. Weighing in at just 1360 kg, the One:1 has the perfect power-to-weight ratio, a fact which is also the inspiration behind this hypercar’s name. One lucky customer with enough cash to splurge will soon pick up the last One:1 and bring it home!
