The New York City Waterfalls a $16m art project


Danish artist Olafur Eliasson has created a stunning piece of public art that worked out approx for $16million. However, the project is expected to generate more than $60 million in tourism and economic activity. This water cascades from the Brooklyn Bridge in New York are called The New York City Waterfalls.

This piece of art was unveiled by the Mayor Michael Bloomberg and he said that there are three sites coming up were ‘the most unexpected and intriguing waterfall destination between Niagara Falls and Victoria Falls’.
