Take a look at the diamond-encrusted onboard lounge of the Emirates A380

I’d admit just traveling by Dubai-based airline Emirates A380 would’ve been splendid enough for me but then this picture of the aircraft blinged up surfaced in December 2018. The body of the aircraft covered completely in nothing but glittering diamonds and crystals and jaws all around the world dropped, only to find It was a work of art (Bling’ 777 ) and not the real thing, but it looked fantastic nonetheless. The artwork was created by artist Sara Shakeel and went viral in no time. This time Emirates has flyers excited with another ‘bling’ image of one of its aircraft across its social media which also look like Shakeel’s work. It is the interior of the A380 that’s the cynosure this time- ‘the Emirates Diamond A380 Onboard Lounge’ to be specific. The latest image shows the entire onboard lounge covered with diamonds right from the seats, tables, and the serving station at the center almost everything, except for the air hostess.

As much as we love the Airbus A380’s trademark horseshoe-shaped bar it is rather good to see the shades of cream and touches of woods replaced with something that’s totally bedazzling. Now the air hostesses just need to stock supplies of sunglasses for passengers.
