Bower and Wilkins is a trusted name when it comes to premium audio. The company also lends its fine sound technology to the likes of BMW, Maserati, and Volvo. Now entering its 50th year the company is celebrating its golden jubilee with what its calls as the most luxurious headphones created by them. The headphones are just beautiful and look like something that you would see in a $250k Bentley. The foldable arms are made from forged aluminum improving the strength and flexibility. The ear cushions are made from memory foam which gives better sound isolation. At the heart of the headphones are custom made 40mm piston diaphragm speaker drivers which supposedly deliver a crystal clear listening experience. You cannot miss on leather when you talk about luxury, the P9 headphones are clad in Italian Saffiano leather which is crafted using a stamping technique that gives the material a distinctive cross-hatch finish.
