Afternoon Tea at the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is a racy affair with Ferrari Junior Collection

Celebrating everything Italian, Tosca at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong has introduced a ‘Red Afternoon Tea’ menu, together with another great Italian brand: Ferrari with its Ferrari Junior Collection – a line created exclusively for Asia. Available to guests only for four Saturdays this August, the Red Afternoon Tea at Tosca will be a blend of artisanal traditions with Italian gastronomy, making it truly one-of-a-kind.

With Ferrari as its inspiration, the chefs at Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong have put together a selection of beautifully crafted delicacies whose ingredients hail from Maranello, the same as Ferrari S.p.A. Maranello is known for its Parma ham and parmesan cheese, both of which appear in the tea’s grissini stick, parmesan pop and saffron rice wheel.

The spread will also feature several touches from its collaborator, the Ferrari Junior Collection including checkered flags, faux wheels and a car key made from white chocolate. Executive Pastry Chef Richard Long and Tosca’s Michelin star Chef Pino Lavarra will also serve a panna cotta with red berry compote, red fruit macaroons, blood-orange sphere, strawberry pistachio tartlet and cannoli with raspberry mascarpone cream together with tea.
