Rolex GMT Master II and Platinum Daytona unveiled

The Baselworld 2013 witnessed the launch of two premium Rolex watches: a Rolex GMT Master II in dual tones of black and blue, and a Platinum Daytona, featuring in a never-before-seen, unusual, but an up-class color combination – new blue and brown. That’s not all; these upgrades to the earlier editions of GMT Masters and Daytona, each sport unique and dynamic features, making it a symbol of luxury, a must-have.

The GMT Master II, like any other Rolex watches, flaunts a dual-color cerachrom bezel insert, “in a day/night arrangement of blue and black.” Adhering to size configurations of 40mm, the GMT Master II is powered by the Rolex Calibre 3186.

The Platinum Daytona is also 40mm and features a case and bracelet made of 950platinum and a light blue dial and brown cerachrom bezel. But unlike the GMT Master II, the Platinum Daytona sports a 4130 Calibre COSC automatic chronograph movement with 72 hours of power reserve.
