The Rolex Oyster Perpetual with “Celebration” dial is one of the quirkiest new releases from Watches and Wonders 2023

If you’re one of those who found it difficult to choose between all the vibrant Oyster Perpetual dial colors Rolex released back in 2020, there’s finally a solution to your dilemma. For 2023, Rolex has introduced a trio of steel Oyster Perpetual watches with lacquered sky-blue “Celebration” dials that reunite those five hues in bubble form. The quirky dial is decorated with a cluster of different-sized bubbles that are rendered in pastel pink, hunter green, coral, yellow, and turquoise. Most of the bubbles seem to be concentrated at the bottom with a few rising to the top, making it look like colored marbles floating in the water.

The new Oyster Perpetual with the colorful Celebration dial is available in three different sizes: 31, 36, and 41mm. Other than the dial, the new iteration of the Oyster Perpetual is completely identical to its predecessor. The Oyster Perpetual 31 is powered by the caliber 2232 that offers 55 hours of power reserve, while the two larger sizes feature the caliber 3230 with 70 hours of reserve. Both the movements are Superlative Chronometer-certified and produced entirely in-house.

All three sizes come fitted with an Oystersteel three-link Oyster bracelet with Easylink extension-fitted Oysterclasps. As for the pricing, the Celebration dial versions carry the same price tags as other Oyster Perpetual watches in the collection. The Oyster Perpetual 31 ref. 277200 is priced at $5,650, the Oyster Perpetual 36 ref. 126000 can be yours for $6,100, and the Oyster Perpetual 41 ref. 124300 retails for $6400.
