Teach them young! Dior has introduced a $230 Bonne Étoile perfume for the little ones born with a silver spoon.

Babies are undeniably adorable, but the scents associated with them can be an entirely different experience. Dior’s latest offering ensures that your precious little one exudes the fragrance of luxury that befits their status. The renowned fashion house has introduced a baby skincare line that is gentle and safe for their delicate skin. The Baby Dior bath time collection includes three essential products: La Mousse Très Fondante, a foaming cleanser designed for use on the hair, face, and body; L’Eau Très Fraîche, a soothing cleanser tailored for sensitive babies; and Le Lait Très Tendre, a moisturizing hydration milk.

In addition to these skincare essentials, Dior has unveiled a new baby fragrance called “Bonne Étoile,” crafted by the renowned perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, the director of perfume creation. This fragrance is an Eau de Senteur, or scented water, with a gentle formulation that is alcohol-free and boasts a low concentration of fragrance oils. Kurkdjian explained in a press release that a children’s eau de senteur should evoke a simple, natural, and comforting aroma reminiscent of the soft scent found on the cheeks of a beautiful baby.

This water-based perfume is composed of 98 percent natural-origin ingredients, making it gentle and safe for the delicate skin of infants. Dior recommends applying it to a baby’s neck or spraying it in the nursery to create a comforting ambiance. Bonne Étoile is available in two charming colorways, light pink and light green, adorned with a Toile de Jouy pattern featuring a garden from Granville.
