Summer beauty is all about a glowing complexion, fresh, dewy skin and rich tans and Giorgio Armani’s latest make-up collection offers you just that with their new Maestro Mediterranea spring/summer 2014 collection. Inspired by the legendary summers of Italy, the range consists of blushes and bronzers each formulated to lend your skin a healthy glow.
Employing the same Maestro Color-Fil technology as the brand’s popular Maestro Fusion Makeup Complexion Perfector, Armani offers Maestro Fusion Blushes and the Maestro Liquid Summer Bronzer, that are formulated not with water or white powder but rather with a mix of five non-comedogenic oils such as white lotus oil, which gradually evaporates upon application. The evaporation is what gives you that comfortable “no-makeup” feel.
Giorgio Armani Maestro Fusion Blush
Priced at $52, the Maestro Fusion Blush is available in three shades (Shade 300, Shade 400 and Shade 500) and features a heavily pigmented yet highly blendable formula. Though lightweight in texture, the high pigmentation ensures that you only need a small quantity of the product.
Giorgio Armani Maestro Liquid Summer Bronzer
The limited edition Liquid summer bronzer contains finely milled micro-pearls and comes in a single shade that promises to complement various complexions. Also boasting a lightweight formula, it offers sun protection of SPF 15. It retails for $64.
While the collection will be available at Armani Beauty counters only in April, you can buy it right away at Nordstrom.com
