The Kardashians are quite famous for their love of exotic cars, including Kim who has a garage full of some of the most exclusive vehicles money can buy. The media personality and businesswoman featured in a video for Vogue’s “Objects of Affection” series. In the video, she gives a tour of her Calabasas, California mansion that wears a unique, monochrome look decked out in a very light shade of beige, making it look more like a mausoleum. Kim goes through different sections of the house showing off her kid’s art, childhood souvenirs, and other prized possessions. Right at the end of the video, she walks to her driveway introducing everyone to her “fave” cars. None of the cars in her collection have been a secret, but this might be the first time the three of here fully-customized uber-luxury vehicles have been captured together.
The three cars Kim shows off in the video include a Lamborghini Urus, a Rolls-Royce Ghost, and a Mercedes-Maybach sedan. What’s common about the three exotic cars is that they all have been customized by Platinum Motorsports – a famous LA-based tuning shop that has been associated with Kim for a very long time.
All three cars are also decked out in the same shade of matte grey, which according to the celebrity was done to “kind of blend in” with the house.
“I’ve always been a car girl,” Kim explains in the video. “I love cars and I really wanted something different. I wanted my cars to kind of blend in. So, I did all gray cars instead of my typical matte-silver that I used to do.” The Lamborghini is fitted with a body kit by Mansory which gives the high-performance SUV a distinct fascia with a more prominent bumper design.
The Rolls-Royce, on the other end, features the illuminated Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament which Kim introduces as “the cutest crystal lady.”
Interestingly, the feature was banned in the EU two years back for causing ‘light pollution.’
Finally, Kim moves on to the Maybach, calling it her “favorite baby ever, ever, ever,” which is interesting considering she has a Rolls-Royce in her garage. She doesn’t pop open the doors to give us a glimpse of the interiors as she runs out of time and has to return to work. Shame!
