Mark Zuckerberg, true to his reputation as Silicon Valley’s fittest CEO, skips coffee on regular days and enjoys it only on vacation. Chances are that while guests aboard his $300 million superyacht raise a toast with Dom Pérignon, he’s savoring a macchiato instead.

Meta boss Mark Zuckerberg is a class apart. Yes, he’s a centibillionaire, a status that just 0.5% of the world’s billionaires can claim. But that’s not all. On a recent episode of This Past Weekend with Theo Von, we discovered that he isn’t among the one billion people who drink coffee daily.

The health-conscious tech tycoon revealed he doesn’t start his day with caffeine. Instead, he kicks things off around 7 a.m. with a dose of martial arts. When asked if he’s ever had coffee, the world’s third-richest man, worth $191 billion, said he drinks it only “recreationally” and only on vacation. He explained that he avoids substances that contain chemicals or mess with his equilibrium. The 40-year-old even joked that his sister says he’s “rawdogging reality.”

That little admission, however, leads to one very likely conclusion; since he sips coffee while vacationing, chances are that Zuckerberg has enjoyed a cuppa aboard his $300 million superyacht, Launchpad. After all, the billionaire has spent many special occasions on the Feadship flagship. And while his guests might toast with flutes of Dom Pérignon, one can easily picture Zuck raising a glass of iced latte to the morning sun.

Even his downtime is soaked in wellness, surfing in pristine waters, heli-skiing on remote peaks, and always accompanied by Launchpad and his support vessel Wingman. Recently, he sailed his dynamic duo from San Francisco to Norway, covering a staggering 4,600 nautical miles (5,300 miles) to heli-ski along the icy fjords.

Back on land, the fitness-focused father of three accomplished yet another feat: for the third year in a row, Zuckerberg ran the Stanford Medicine My Heart Counts 5K. He averaged a pace of 6:38 per mile, finishing fourth in the 40–44 age group and 33rd out of 1,214 runners. Looks like swapping cappuccinos for cardio is working wonders.
