The last we saw Heidi Klum, Tyra Banks, Alessandra Ambrosia, and Candice Swanepoel together in one frame was probably for a Victoria’s Secret shoot. And, bringing them back together is none other than Kim K for the latest SKIMS campaign.
Roped in to promote the brand’s “Fits Everybody” collection, the divas were seen posing in flesh-toned thongs. Captioning the pictures, SKIMS on Instagram noted, “Introducing Tyra, Heidi, Alessandra, and Candice in their first-ever joint campaign…it doesn’t get more iconic than this.”
It further added, “With this campaign, SKIMS salutes strong, powerful women, highlighting the high fashion collective’s prestige in shapewear pieces that make all women feel like icons.”
Remarking similarly, Kardashian said, “Tyra, Heidi, Alessandra, and Candice have each played such a distinct and everlasting role in shaping the industry. Outfitting these incredible women in our Fits Everybody underwear collection is truly a full-circle moment for me.”
She further stated, “I’m thrilled to celebrate these women alongside a collection that our customers adore.” While many were thrilled and reacted well to the campaign’s snippets, some did not quite see it that way.
Commenting such, one social media user said, “Skims put out a new campaign for their “Fits Everybody” collection, and I’m not sure how these four people represent everybody,” while another added, “but it doesn’t really reflect skims whole body inclusivity “movement.”
