Lanvin has partnered with DC Comics for a Batman and Catwoman themed collection

Much like us, Bruno Sialelli has also been fascinated by comics and their iconic characters. And in taking the penchant forward, the designer recently invited DC’s Batman and Catwoman to playfully take over Lanvin’s world of fashion.

As part of the collaboration, fans will get to lay hands on a Batman and Cat woman-themed SS22 collection, complete with graphic-adorned clothes, accessories, shoes, and more. The ensemble includes Lanvin’s Curb Sneaker with Batman’s face to the tongue and more themed artwork on the toe box.

Further, the shirts, as well as bags, also feature the superhero’s face emblazoned upon them in similar fashion. Women too get their share of comic wonder with the Batmobile being printed across leather cropped tops and the Catwoman appearing on sparkly silver slip dresses, small box bags, technical form-fitting dresses, denim shorts, and more.

The collection predominantly sees the use of fabrics like satin and fine wool with colors of DC Comics – blue and purple splashed across pieces. However, the sensibility of Bruno Sialelli’s aesthetic is nowhere comprised either.
