Chinoiserie seemed to be the season’s flavor at Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2011 collection, and; here are highlights from the east-meets-west-themed fashion. First up from Marc Jacobs’ Asian-inspired Chinoiserie Accessory Collection is a stunning Chinese fan. Crafted using intricate Monogram Lace with a long tassel, the fan is priced at $4,500. Next up is the Minaudiere Trésor Carène. The stunning black clutch is priced at $6900 and will go perfectly with your little black dress.
And wrapping up our highlight is the Minaudière Petit Trésor. A smaller version of the Minaudière Trésor, an East-west clutch done up with black beads and crystals, the Petit Trésor features two spins offs. The first is the black Minaudiere Trésor crafted out of Lizard Leather, priced at $4350, and the other is Minaudiere Trésor Mira, a $7900well detailed and embroidered multi-colored purse that spots acetate crystal pearls and a beautiful Malachite clasp.
