A Simply British Afternoon Tea inspired by Burberry

Celebrate all things British with a selection of traditional British finger sandwiches with mouth-watering fillings including smoked salmon and roast turkey. A British roast beef sandwich with tangy homemade horseradish sauce will also be on offer. For dessert guests can sample favorites like carrot cake filled with cinnamon and finished with a fondant-glaze topping as well as traditional British cakes like chequered Battenburg with blueberry jam, Victoria Sponge filled with clotted cream and strawberries, and delicious Bakewell tart. It wouldn’t be teatime without scones and clotted cream as well as a selection of English jams.

The MO Bar Simply British Afternoon Tea with Burberry is priced at HKD338, and includes three-tier tea set, five delectable pastries and choice of JING tea or coffee. You can add a glass of Ruinart Rose Champagne for an additional HKD $120. Afternoon tea will be served from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and 2:30 to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The Hotel recommends that you make reservations in advance.
