Casanova brings us the world’s most expensive Prosecco

A brilliantly designed wine bottle says a lot about the wine inside it. We believe that the bottle should remain a collector’s item long after the wine has been drunk and gone. Now a bottle studded with Swarovski crystals, that’s something one would never throw away, right? The designers of this bottle think so indeed.

Casanova, a Prosecco brand has taken bling to a whole new level with the launch of a Swarovski crystal-encrusted DOC Prosecco bottle. This limited-release ‘Swarovski Edition’ comes in 0.75cl and 1.5cl magnum bottles, with 3,370 individual crystals (0.75cl bottle) and 6,145 crystals on the magnum bottle. The 0.75cl bottle is priced at $1620. If you would like to get your hands on one of these they are available exclusively on the menu at Novikov restaurant in London or online from www.proseccocasanova.com.

Carlo Parodi, founder and CEO of Casanova Prosecco, commented: “We believe in the marriage of exceptional wines with elegant design to ensure that the enjoyment of any Casanova purchase lasts long after the final sip, thanks to the fabulously opulent designs of our bottles. The Swarovski bottles, in particular, are a stunning addition to our range.”
