Parisian confectioner Fauchon creates a limited edition eclair for Givenchy

Known for their memorable designer éclairs created for Thierry Mugler and Lacoste, French luxury confectioner Fauchon is now joining hands with Givenchy to create another edible style statement, this time inspired by the fashion house’s Very Irresistible fragrance. Fauchon has previously created an éclair for Thierry Mugler based on the designer’s Angel fragrance.

Fauchon’s Very Irrésistible Givenchy éclair is filled with a light as air Tahitian vanilla cream flavored with rosewater. The outer white chocolate shell features the Givenchy and Fauchon logos and a bouquet of pink and white roses. Created by pastry chef Patrick Pailler, this dainty, delicate dessert was created in honor of Mother’s Day, but is sure to be a hit among all sweet lovers.
Priced at about $8 (€7) per piece and $31 (€28) for a box of four, these tempting delights are unfortunately available only in Paris, so if you were thinking of taking a trip rush to the city of love before the end of the month as the éclair will only be available until May 30.
