Raise a Toast, Shake a little: Virgin Voyages launches Shake-for-champagne app for bubbly delivery

Life is great for you already, if you’re onboard the fantastic Scarlet Lady by Virgin Voyages. I’d say you got to raise a toast to that fact alone and in order to do that and need your bubbly. It’s hardly as simple as calling a server over; blend with the changing times and use your phone for one more thing. By downloading the Virgin Voyages Sailor App, users are invited to shake their phones whereby a Champagne button is revealed. By pressing, users can order a bottle of Möet Chandon Impérial to be delivered anywhere on the boat. Classy, right? This isn’t just another bottle; bottles will come in an eye-catching, gleaming red Champagne bucket with two glasses at a cost of US$95 per bottle. Which is fine as you’re no simpleton either if you’re cruising in one of the best ships in the world and as CEO of Virgin Voyages, said: “It is never too early for champagne and there is always something to toast to while aboard Scarlet Lady. We want our sailors to enjoy a glamorous holiday and what better way to feel like a rock star than a sip of bubbly whenever and wherever you want it.”

That’s a solid idea, coupled with the launch of ‘Sip’, a new onboard Champagne and caviar bar in partnership with Möet. it is possible to enjoy a glass of fizz from $9 to a bottle of vintage Champagne for $1,000 at Sip, which is great for all travelers. We are totally digging this addition by Virgin Voyages, one more reason to celebrate all of life’s moments with its on-demand delivery service.
