Atlantis The Royal is gearing up to open doors for those with a taste for the finer things come 2023. The 795-room resort stands tall, 43 stories high, offering splendid views of the Arabian Sea and Palm Island.


The most outstanding feature of the resort, quite literally, is the entertainment experience comprising a bridge in the middle of the resort on the 22nd floor featuring an expansive infinity pool. The hotel shared, ‘Featuring VIP cabanas with private plunge pools, a swim up-bar, and a glittering head-shaped DJ booth, this venue is the jewel in Atlantis The Royal’s crown. Set to become the iconic entertainment and nightlife destination in Dubai, revelers can dance away the day and into the night to the world’s best DJs whilst overlooking the glittering Dubai skyline.’

A palatial property such as Atlantis The Royal cannot be complete with an imposing, statement-making entrance. Droplets, made of 5.5 tonnes of stainless steel, is the cynosure of the lobby.

The resort stated, ‘The resort is home to a vast array of fountains and water installations. This includes the magnificent Skyblaze, a fountain that breathes fire and is the first and only permanent fire and water performance fountain in the Middle East.’


The hotel is an epicenter of fun and entertainment with inclusions like Heston Blumenthal’s first-ever cocktail bar and the world’s largest jellyfish aquarium, in true flamboyant Dubai style, housing 4,000 moon jellies! Nobu fans can hit the restaurant’s first-ever pool and beach club, flanked by two kilometers of private beach – and water fountains. It is believed the property will have no less than 17 restaurants and bars, to name a few, Gaston Acurio, Ariana Bundy, Costas Spiliadis, and Jose Andres.

London-based GA Designs are responsible for the enchanting yet modern signature suites at Atlantis The Royal. The rooms welcome ample natural light, with soothing shades of blue, white, and a touch of gold representing the Dubai glam.

Signature Penthouses boast private infinity pools, an elite butler service, and indulgent and luxe additions that include a bespoke selection of amenities from luxury brands, including Hermes, Frette, and Graff. The en suite consists of a standalone bath and marble floor for utmost luxury and relaxation.

The resort will open to guests in 2023, with a spectacular ‘grand reveal’ in January.
