The drool-worthy exotic car collection of the Dubai police just got even better; the latest to join the long line-up of some of the finest automobiles is a Brabus-tuned Mercedes Benz G63 AMG. The German tuner is famous for turning ridiculously fast cars into fire-breathing monsters, and the AMG G-Wagen is no exception. The already impressive 5.5-liter V-8 bi-turbo, which produces 536 hp at the wheels, is tuned to churn out 700 horses to make the Brabus B63S – 700 Widestar. The 4×4 does the 0-62 mph sprint in just 4.9 seconds, putting many lightweight sports cars to shame.
This tuning project of Brabus is a part of the “Tune it! Safe!” initiative to promote safe, responsible, and legal tuning in Germany. The Brabus SUV features 23-inch Brabus Platinum Edition monoblock forged wheels and Brabus Dynamic Ride Control suspension with two settings (comfortable and sporty). It also comes with fender flares, including door add-ons and LED side step illumination, a front spoiler with underbody protection, and LED daytime running lights.
Expectedly, the Brabus B63S – 700 Widestar is dressed in green and white Dubai police livery. It has been put on display at the ongoing Dubai Motor Show along with the rest of the fleet of exotic car the Dubai Police owns which include names like Bugatti Veyron, Aston Martin One-77, Lamborghini Aventador, Bentley Continental GT, Ferrari FF and Mercedes SLS.
