It’s not only the garages of the wealthy Sheikhs and oil barons from the Middle East that are packed with the world’s best, fastest, and meanest supercars? These cars also find a place in the garages of the region’s police force. Dubai Police keeps up with the oil-rich nation’s luxe image and adds the world’s best supercars to its fleet. Last month we saw Lamborghini Aventador sign up as Dubai’s Police’s patrol car which was followed by Ferrari FF. This month the race to join the police fleet in the Middle East heated up with Aston Martin One 77, Mercedes SLS, and Bentley Continental GT Coupe! And it doesn’t end here. The latest supercar to join the bandwagon is the Bugatti Veyron. The world’s fastest street-legal car will also be Dubai Police’s fleet’s fastest, with a top speed of more than 430kph. Dubai’s police chief has tweeted a picture of their force’s fastest supercar wearing white and green livery. Dubai streets are jammed with the world’s most expensive and fastest cars….so their police force also needs the same or better cars to give a competitive chase when needed.
We are sure that the next car considered to join the Dubai Police fleet will be Hennessey Venom GT!
