Mercedes Benz launches GLK 350 4MATIC Schwarz Edition exclusive to Japan

Another limited edition Mercedes Benz attired in black has made its way to Japan. This time it’s GLK 350 4Matic that has got the luxury treatment and bears the special badge ‘Schwarz Edition,’ which stands for black in German. Only 100 of these will be made and will only come in the left-hand drive version. It is based on the GLK 350 AMG sports pack and will come with glossy obsidian paint on the exterior. The 20 inches AMG5 twin-spoke aluminum wheels have also been painted in the same color to merge with the overall design.

The black theme continues inside the cabin; Artico leather and Black-ash wooden trim replace the normal interior. In addition to the equipment standard on the AMG sports pack, the special edition GLK 350 has a radar safety package with brake assist, stainless steel foot pedals, and footboard with rubber studs and memory package which can store driver’s preset settings.
