A must-see piece of art, The Last Supper is housed in the Dominican convent adjoining the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie. Leonardo Da Vinci painted this with a new technique called a secco on the wall of the convent’s refectory. This fragile painting has undertaken several restoration phases to prevent the colors from fading with the last renovation done in 1999 using scientific methods to carry over the original colors.
