Four Seasons plan second hotel in Dubai by 2016

This is like a new mum getting pregnant in her sixth month post-birth. While still breastfeeding her new born baby, another foetus starts to take life in the womb. Ok, no more graphic analogies, but you get the gist. Four Seasons is eyeing a second property in the emirate, shortly after having opened its debut property in Dubai – the Four Seasons Resort Dubai on Jumeirah Beach. It opened with much thrill and has been faring quite well so far – people already marking their favourite restaurants and nightclubs from the property. The new hotel is planned for the upcoming Downtown district and will have 106 rooms. It will be designed by New York-based Tihany Design – a loyal partner of the brand who designed dining outlets at the Jumeriah Beach venue. The most appealing element (like all the other hotels in the emirate) will be its view of the Burj Khalifa (a marketing gimmick probably even used in Abu Dhabi).
