Dubai has quickly become known as the land of endless partying, shopping and luxe living the world over, and this city couldn’t develop fast enough to meet the demands of people who can’t get enough of it. Now a brand new luxury property is set to make a splash in the city’s Al Thanyah district. The Rosemont Hotel & Residences are reportedly going to be equipped with its own 75,000-square-foot jungle outfitted with a splash pool and café. It will be the first building in the world to feature its own forest.
The 1.1 million sq. foot complex will be comprised of two glass skyscrapers on top of a retail space. One of them will be a 53-story hotel, while the other will be a 55-storey apartment building. Boasting 448 hotel rooms and 280 furnished apartments, including a 6,300-square-foot presidential suite with a private spa, sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool, this building will suit those who are fond of luxe living.
The “indoor jungle” will supposedly use only recycled water collected from condensation and will also include an artificial beach, and a unique one at that for it is slated to be a sand-less beach. Other features include a cantilevered infinity sky pool with a glass bottom, a bowling alley, a nightclub and high-tech gaming entertainment. The $550 million property is intended for Sheik Zayed Road and will be staffed with robotic luggage handlers.
