Spread over 1,990 sq ft, the Katara Suite is located on the sixth floor of the hotel and features as rooftop terrace-garden, a 893-sq-ft balcony and breathtaking 360 degree views of the city and its most iconic monuments.

The uniquely themed interiors of the Katara Suite showcase classical French craftsmanship with a modern aesthetic. Bathed in natural daylight, the suite takes a harmonious grey and cream color scheme, includes a large living room, adjoining dining area, an elegant work area, spacious bedroom and two dressing rooms. Luxurious marble bathrooms feature Japanese toilets, state-of-the-art TV and digital radio system and Oscar de la Renta bathroom amenities.

While the suite is decorated with contemporary artworks, Art Deco furniture and antiques, it also brings the Peninsula signature functionality with a fully customized interactive digital bedside – allowing guests to control the entire suite simply by pressing on a tablet pre-set in 11 languages, LED touch screen wall panels, wireless telephone with VOIP technology, state-of-the-art audio-visual center featuring flat-screen Blu-Ray 3D LED swivel television and an iPod/iPad docking station, complimentary high speed wired and wireless internet access – ensuring no detail was overlooked.
