After Selling Sunset, Netflix’s Million Dollar Beach House brings Hampton’s real-estate drama to your screens


If Netflix and Chill have been your life mantra these past few months, let’s just add a few more weeks of entertainment to it. For all those who have loved ‘Selling Sunset’, there’s more real-estate drama coming our way, this time from the uber-luxe Hamptons. Coming to you August 26, Netflix’s new Million Dollar Beach House promises to be the new frothy show in your life exploring the collection of wealthy beachside communities on the eastern side of Long Island, near New York. everything resembles ‘Selling Sunset’ except this show will be male brokers from the firm Nest Seekers, vying to get clients to fall for Mansions on the coast of the Hamptons in Long Island. Netflix describes the show as “bird’s eye view into the day-to-day life of the Hamptons’ youngest and most exclusive group of real estate agents, documenting their private lives and posh coastline listings”.

From what we have learned after watching its trailer is it focuses on five brokers and they hustle to buy and sell properties for their clients in the premium three-month period between Memorial Day and Labour Day (July-September). The stakes are high, tempers are flying and Million Dollar Beach House has all the views, all the schmooze, and brokers with a lot to lose.
