Last year we heard the news about Aston Martin’s new plans for a 66 foot tower in Miami as well as the bombshell that prices will be in the ballpark of $2,800 per square foot. Now it seems the company has broken ground and the project is in full swing. The building is expected to be ready by 2022.
The 66 floor building will have 391 condos and several plush amenities. Level 55 has a rooftop infinity heated pool, with pool deck and pool bar while the 53rd floor has a modern art gallery and art lobby. The building will also have a fitness center and spa, sauna, private steam, high-end business center, chef kitchen, super yacht marina facilities, digital connection to concierge, valet butler, conference room, kids playroom, teen center and game rooms, and two movie theatres.
Potential buyers can choose from condos, apartments, duplexes and penthouses, each designed with the luxury, refinement and sophistication that you expect from the British luxury car maker.
