Dolce & Gabbana’s first-ever real estate project is a 1,049-foot-long skyscraper in Miami with an elaborate gold crown.

Miami’s glittering skyline will get a fashionable addition in the form of a black and ivory building topped with an elaborate gold crown. Luxury fashion house Dolce & Gabbana’s first-ever real estate project at 888 Brickell stems from a partnership with JDS Development. The residences will be accompanied by a five-star hotel inside the 1,049 ft. skyscraper, which is touted to become Miami’s tallest building.

The 90-story structure is estimated to be completed in 2027, including the Waldorf Astoria Miami and Foster+Partner-designed The Towers as major draws.

Expect the Dolce & Gabbana treatment in everything from the one-to-four-bedroom condos, luxurious amenities, and every small detail in all 259 homes. Michael Stern, CEO and founder of the developer JDS Development Group stated to CNN, “We’re selling fully turnkey apartments — we’re completely fitting them out and furnishing them; accessorizing down to the bathrobes and books on the bookshelf.”

Dolce &Gabbana founders Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana lend their expertise to the interiors of these ultra-stylish pads that become the epitome of flair in white, black, and gold with Bianco Striata Marble, Nero Marquina Marble, and Giallo Imperiale Marble respectively.

The residences include “very elaborate marbles, amazing light fixtures… and an incredibly luxurious palette,” Stern said. “There’s a lot of flexibility for people to make good choices.” The flamboyance is multiplied by incorporating Venetian chandeliers and freestanding bathtubs with uninterrupted ocean views. Prices range from $3.5 million to $35 million across 259 custom one to four-bedroom properties.
