Earlier this year, JLo sold her stunning Bel Air mansion for a cool $42.5 million. Little did we know then that she and beau Ben Affleck were on the hunt for a new home. Now in news – the pair has purchased a lavish California mansion that is valued at a whopping $34.5 million!

Complete with seven bedrooms and several bathrooms, the residence spans 15,000 square feet in space. It is fittingly located in Pacific Palisades – a uber-chic Los Angeles neighborhood and has only been built last year.

The home is described as “Hamptons-esque traditional,” and is shielded for privacy with tall walls and hedges. It is further surrounded by sycamore trees and opens to a pea-gravel motor court accessed via a brick porte-cochère.

Inside, one can find fireplace-equipped living and dining rooms, a home library with direct access to a covered patio, as well as a movie theater, gym, wine cellar, and a “health spa.” Décor-wise the mansion is complimented with hardwood floors and a muted neutral color palette throughout.

The main house boasts six bedrooms (including a primary suite that offers a sitting room, dual bathrooms, dual closets, and a balcony overlooking the lush backyard) and three fully serviced kitchens. Another additional bedroom and kitchen is built inside a separate guesthouse that also comes with its own living and dining space.

Since the deal isn’t official yet, it remains to be seen if the couple manages to bag a discount on the mansion’s otherwise steep asking price!
