Even though Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are married, they haven’t been living under the same roof. Their bizarre married situation however may be due to change as the couple has reportedly purchased Conan O’Brien’s Carpinteria Beach House recently.
Situated just south of Santa Barbara and Montecito, the property boasts two cozy bedrooms and just one bathroom. It offers roughly 1,000 square feet of living space, plus a lower level with a bonus room, ample storage, and an attached carport.
The gorgeous home also includes a kitchen with granite countertops and premium stainless appliances servicing a combo living/dining room with a metal fireplace and panoramic ocean views through walls of glass. Further, the living room opens to a big wooden deck, while the bedrooms share a wide balcony.
In addition to this, the property showcases a two-story detached guesthouse with two separate bedroom suites as well. Attached to it is a two-car garage with a Tesla charging station, a 50 feet of ocean frontage, and plush greenery all around.
The house was previously listed for $16.5 million but was purchased by Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker for quite a bargain at $14.5 million. The pair also owns their own separate mansion in the same Calabasas gated community where they were put up until now.
