Is Khloe Kardashian Kris’ favorite daughter? That could be right after all the mommy-daughter duo is building two mega-mansions side by side in LA’s exclusive Hidden Hills area. Khloe Kardashian’s new dream home is pictured just steps away from mom Kris Jenner’s mega-mansion each sprawling over 10,000 sq. ft. While it is not clear who will live where we do know one of the properties spans 16,500 sq. ft. with eight bedrooms and also includes an eight-car garage, a guesthouse, movie theatre, and gym.
Swimming pools have been spotted under construction outside both mansions which have already been dug out, surrounded by extensive outdoor space. Not only will Khloe and Kris start living close to each other they will also be just a stone’s throw away from Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian who have homes in Hidden Hills too.
Khloe, whose Good American apparel brand has performed well since its 2019 put her previous home on the market for $15 million, before buying this with beau Tristan Thompson. On the other hand, Kris Jenner sold her old Hidden Hills home for $15 million which she purchased for$10 million.
