The mansion is located at the ‘Tarpon Island,’ which spans across 2.27-acres and has 1,300 feet of water frontage on all four sides. The property (featuring a dock on the east side or a narrow bridge) can be accessed via air, land, or sea and comes with a lighted tennis court. Yes, that’s right!

It will also feature two swimming pools and a six-car garage in addition to the already existing 11-bedroom and 14-bathrooms. For those willing to skip the renovation, the property comes at a slashed price of $125 million.

Commenting on it, Jim McCann of Premier Estate Properties, who is representing the deal, said, “Palm Beach has seen a dramatic rise in demand, as companies and individuals re-evaluate their work-life balances.”
