The citadel-like home consists of several stories and is fully landlocked. It is situated right before a rugged hill and has direct access to the most secluded and desirable beaches in Orange County. The residence was built in the late 1990s and was sold to Favreau by real estate businessman Michael Narlinger and his wife Kimberly.

The massive 8,600-square-foot structure has recently been renovated and features luxe interior spaces complete with stone columns and wood-beamed ceilings everywhere. Some of its outstanding décor elements include French doors that open to massive terraces, a kitchen with granite countertops and premium appliances, and a movie theater and elevator.

Further, the home also docks in a sitting area and private terrace with exotic water and sunset views as part of the primary suite upstairs, while the lower level features an oversized lounge and wet bar that opens to a pool and poolside cabana.
