Glass elevators, two helipads, swimming pool, multi-level ballroom, and more – This ingenious 394-foot explorer yacht concept is fit for a billionaire

Every time I write about a superyacht, I think it can’t get better than this, and every time, I am proved wrong. Coming our way is yet another stunning creation, a 120m Emir, the new green yacht concept with 2 helipads and multiple grand saloons. Gresham’s 394-Foot Gigayacht Concept that’s here to impress with unmatched amenities that include a pool and beach club as well. It makes you wonder if this is a 5-star resort on the seas with stunning shape, decor, and facilities that exudes opulence and an unmatched class. With luxe furnishings, soaring ceilings, a curved staircase, and a walk-around balcony, the superyacht’s highlight is the double-height main saloon, also known as the ballroom. The upper floor of the ballroom also grants access to the external balconies on either side. While every corner of this beautiful creation is admirable, the USP of the 4,500 GT yacht Emir is a grand owner’s saloon that comes with a grand dining area, bar, and an entertaining games area. The spacious vessel can host up to 36 guests and 40 crew members. The mezzanine level has our heart for several reasons, like unobstructed ocean views. The possibility of enjoying a hearty meal is 100% available and enjoyable with alfresco dining on the mezzanine’s aft deck or indulging in heartfelt conversations at intimate seating areas with views of the main saloon.

Emir holds a full complement of tenders and toys, such as a dive center for scuba divers.
