Oceanco’s 120 meter yacht concept Amara, is a floating luxury resort!

Oceanco recently unveiled their 120-meter private yacht concept, Amara, at the Dubai International Boat Show. Amara boasts living and entertainment facilities for up to 20 guests and features a contemporary interior with natural timber, stone and textural carpets and fabrics all intended to create a natural environment.

The yacht’s lower level deck opens up to reveal an expansive beach club resort that offers 3-way access to the sea; port starboard and aft. The deck is also equipped with a wellness area with banya, hammam, beauty treatment lounge and a cinema experience for 16 persons. A waterfall from the upper deck cascades down into the main deck swimming pool while the main deck features a pool bar, opening balconies and large entertainment areas. The owner’s apartment on the upper deck is complete with a private plunge pool and open-air aft deck dining for over 20 people.

The incredible features don’t end there, the yacht also as a gym with a view on the bridge deck, two Majilis-style areas aboard and a cabana style open-air cinema on the sun deck. Guests can entertain themselves with equipment like the climbing wall and water slides.

“In designing the exterior lines of Amara, I wanted to portray a very strong and muscular form that was progressive in design but with a timeless appeal,” said Sam Sorgiovanni who collaborated with Oceanco on the project. With the design elements of the interior and exterior working together in harmony, this superyacht is like your own private resort on the ocean.
