The BMW Cruise M limited edition bicycle is inspired by the M2 Coupe

The 6-cylinder BMW M2 Coupe was quite a handful for our senses to grasp, with its promise of performance and the ability to dominate the tarmac. Yet, we couldn’t quench our hunger to get behind the wheels of the monster machine and to keep us pacified till then, the German giants have unleashed the Cruise M limited edition bicycle. It goes without saying that the bike is inspired by the M2 Coupe and also carries the Long Beach metallic blue finish that the M2 promises to bring.

The bicycle is built from aluminum and carbon fiber thus bringing strength without adding to weight. It ensures superior control thanks to the hydraulic disc brakes on both 28-inch wheels. The 30-gear system makes riding the bike an absolute bliss. A plaque marking the limited edition attribute of the bike will also be found on its body. The company is limiting production of the bike to just 1500 examples. Each bike will cost 1,400 Euros ($1,584).
Some may wonder how adept BMW really are when it comes to building bikes, but it sure is. In fact, this year the company commemorates 60 years of making bicycles.
