Chef Jean Imbert, a Michelin-starred culinary artist and former winner of Top Chef France, is the creative force behind this venture. Known for his innovative approach to French cuisine, Imbert has a reputation for blending traditional techniques with contemporary flair. La Forêt Secrète will be open from Wednesday to Sunday evenings and will welcome both park visitors and the general public. According to Sortira Paris, the restaurant will offer two dining options, a 3-course discovery menu priced at €140 (approximately $150) and a 5-course tasting menu at €200 (approximately $220) culminating an immersive journey into Disney’s timeless tales. For younger guests, a children’s menu will be available for €70 (approximately $75).
