From Rolls Royces to Lamborghinis a new video of Dubai’s car graveyard shows thousands of exotic supercars rotting away under the scorching sun

For diehard automotive enthusiasts like us who dream of owning fire-breathing supercars one day, the idea of finding Ferraris and Lamborghinis abandoned to rot under the scorching sun is nothing less than gut-wrenching. However, it’s a common sight in the outskirts of Dubai where thousands of exotic cars have been left unwanted at massive car graveyards. Many YouTubers have made videos covering such scrapyards in Dubai, including popular automotive influencer Alex Hirschi, aka Supercar Blondie, offering us a terrifying look into the graveyards full of supercars dying a painful death. The newest such video was recently uploaded by TikTok star Nemanja Kralj, pretty much confirming that nothing much has changed over the last few years.

Brand-new Bentleys, Rolls-Royces, G-Wagons, and even limited edition models are a common sight at these graveyards. What’s hard to believe is that some of these uber-expensive vehicles either have very little damage or even appear to be completely untouched and practically new. The TikTok user comments that it’s a shame to see the cars left to rot in the sun.

According to some reports, close to 3000 luxury cars including Lamborghinis and Aston Martins worth hundreds and thousands of dollars get abandoned in Dubai. Some of them are dumped by businessmen who run out of cash and are unable to foot the bill. They simply dump the exotic cars to avoid jail time.

Some of the cars at the graveyard have pending fines on them that are at times more than the value of the vehicle itself. These exotic cars are auctioned by the authorities, but some of them become unsalvageable by the time they are sold. What a shame!
