Neom Sindalah has joined hands with IMG Golf Course Services to introduce an innovative 9-hole beachfront golf course on the grand Sindalah island. Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed the first golf course on the opulent island. The state-of-the-art course will boast a 280-meter driving range, golf practice suites enhanced by ball tracking technology, and statistics feedback. Golf is gaining popularity in Saudi Arabia, and the Sindalah Golf Academy will help players with custom-fitting and golf-learning technology.
The IMG Golf Course Services team plays a crucial part, controlling the sports club and its facilities, equipment, and services. Part of the experience is a luxurious gym, an Olympic-size swimming pool, a spa, and sports courts for a wholesome experience for a family where not everyone is keen on a game of golf. Antoni Vives, chief urban development and islands officer at NEOM, said: “Sindalah will be the first physical showcase of NEOM to open to the world and will become a new and exotic golfing destination like no other.”

His Royal Highness expressed: “This is another significant moment for NEOM and a major step in the Kingdom realizing its tourism ambitions under Vision 2030.” Sindalah Island is expected to open in the first quarter of 2024.
