TripAdvisor has released their rankings for the top 10 airlines in the world with help from travelers like you and me. This is the first time they’ve run a Travellers’ Choice awards for airlines by collating ratings submitted for a 12-month period. Along with submitting written feedback, travelers could rate the carriers on legroom, seat comfort, customer service, value for money, cleanliness, check-in and boarding, food and beverage and in-flight entertainment.
An algorithm analyzed quantity and quality of reviews to rank the carriers. Emirates was named the top airline in the world for having the best first class and economy seats of all the airlines, followed by Singapore Airlines and Azul Brazilian Airlines.
