Breguet Classique 7337 Calendar & Moon watch introduced with two new dials for 2020

For 2020, watchmaker Breguet has updated the elegant Classique 7337 timepiece by introducing two new dials for it. The Classique 7337 is inspired by the Quarter-repeating pocket watch No. 3833 by Breguet from the early 19th century and was already available in white, yellow, and rose gold with all of them featuring silver dials with different textures like guilloché, basket weave, and sunburst detailing. The new, 2020 models come with a new dial that features circular grain d’orge on the edges of the hour chapter, damier checkerboard for the small seconds and Clos de Paris hobnail in the center. Starting with the rose gold model, it retains the classic silvered engine-turned dial with new guilloché patterns. The other change can be found on the moon phase indicator – it now gets a more realistic silver embossed Moon complete with craters set in a starry sky.

The Breguet Blue version of the Classique 7337 gives the timepiece a more contemporary outlook with a white gold case and a deep-blue dial contrasted with silvered accents. The version is paired with a matching blue strap. Rest of the details remain unchanged from the previous editions of the Breguet Classique 7337 Calendar & Moon. The case still measures 39mm in diameter and comes with the iconic fluted caseband and the welded lugs with screw bars. The timepiece is powered by the watchmaker’s caliber 502.3 QSE1 which is made of 236 components, with 35 jewels and has a power reserve of 45 hours. Breguet hasn’t confirmed the pricing as of yet.
