Bulgari reimagines the iconic Serpenti with the Spiga collection

The touchstone of Bulgari watches, the Serpenti is back. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that Serpenti watches represent Bulgari’s horological marvels and spearhead the time-telling division as one of the most sought-after designs. Since the late 1960s, the Italian jeweler has created new iterations of the classic bracelet watch repeatedly, and every time they come up with something more marvelous than the last creation. The three new Serpenti Spiga novelties come determined to continue this saga with equal élan and are splendid reinventions that attract attention with contemporary matelasse pattern coupled with glittering diamonds. It should be known that the Serpenti Spiga watches demand a lot of skilled manual labor, which is Bulgari’s forte; However, the individual diamond-studded elements are mass-produced through the casting methods, they have to be meticulously assembled by hand for the perfect finish. Serpenti Spiga watch is available in diamond-set rose gold with opaline dial in single-wrap style, diamond-set rose gold with black dial in triple-wrap style, and diamond-set white gold with diamond-set dial in a stunning triple-wrap fashion. The two-row bracelets comprise 70 elements as opposed to 40 in single row watches.

So fabulous is the craftsmanship of Bulgari that the watch interlocks seamlessly due to absolute perfection and precision, requiring no binding processes like soldering. The all-white version of the Serpenti Spiga adorns more than 800 diamonds with an enchanting cabochon-cut blue sapphire on the crown. A genuinely exceptional metamorphosis of a sensual classic in 3 spectacular versions in 18Kt rose gold and white gold. The rose gold single row watch comes with a mother-of-pearl dial and 281 brilliant-cut diamonds, and a 35 mm Serpenti case. Similarly, the two-row version sports a black lacquered dial with 461 brilliant-cut diamonds.
