This is beautiful! The new Bulgari Carbon Gold timepiece is casual-chic and will undoubtedly gain some fans, especially within the younger, adventurous patrons. It comes in metal, protected by a carbon resin–coated steel case where the dial sits. The dial comes in a choice of black, brown, or blue, accented by pink-gold-plated hour markers. Seconds, minutes, hours and dates come highlighted with luminescent dots. The Bulgari Carbon Gold is tagged at $2,800.
Bulgari is etched around the bezel, and the case also has 1884 inscribed on it. That is the year Bulgari was founded. The watch takes inspiration from its 1975 Bulgari Roma watch model of which only 100 examples were made. The cherry on top is the winding braided calfskin leather for the strap.
The watch is powered by a mechanical self-winding movement and contains a 42-hour power reserve.
