Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Rendez-Vous Dazzling Moon Lazura watch pays homage to women and captures the deep-hued charm of night sky

Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Rendez-Vous Dazzling Moon Lazura will forever redefine the meaning of the term ‘feeling blue.’ Jaeger-LeCoultre introduces a new homage to women in the form of a glittering new interpretation of the sizeable moon-phase display. The Moon Lazura is an ode to femininity and the romance of the night sky. La Grande Maison eternally unites the codes of fine watchmaking and high jewelry with its feminine and romantic horological combinations.

As many as 36 large diamonds form the outer circle, using a classical prong setting technique. The icy encircling of the diamonds are perfectly contrasted with the blue of the lapis lazuli dial, reminiscent of the mystical deep blue of the night sky. An elliptical band of 68 diamonds outlines the lower dial and draws the eye deeper into it. Take a closer look at the dial, and you will spot, on the edge of the dial, a hand-polished golden star, aka emblem of the Rendez-Vous collection.

The watchmakers of the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre have always been fascinated by the moon and stars and use the Manufacture Calibre 935 to bring this piece to life. Fine details are visible beneath the transparent sapphire case-back, including Côtes de Genève stripes on both the plates and the open-worked 18-carat gold winding rotor. The 18K rose gold watch comes with a 36 mm dial and a complementing blue strap. It is water-resistant up to 50m with a power reserve of 40 hours.
