This bespoke Bentley GTC Speed managed to fetch $1.7 million at a charity auction

A one-of-a-kind 2025 Bentley Continental GTC Speed has raised $1.7 million at the Naples Winter Wine Festival in Florida, with proceeds benefiting the Naples Children & Education Foundation’s programs for underprivileged children in Collier County.

The bespoke convertible showcases Bentley’s latest Ultra Performance Plug-In Hybrid V8 powertrain, producing an impressive 771 horsepower – a 100-plus horsepower increase over its predecessor. Despite its luxury grand touring nature, this sophisticated convertible can sprint from zero to 60 mph in just 3.2 seconds.

Finished in exclusive Damson exterior paint with a Dark Grey Metallic fabric roof, the vehicle features a distinctive interior combining White main hide with Damson secondary hide and silver seat piping. Custom touches include personalized Naples Winter Wine Festival treadplates and a unique piano white and Damson-painted veneer created by Mulliner, Bentley’s bespoke division.

The winning bid, which represents nearly six times the standard GTC Speed’s base price of $305,250, included more than just the car. The package features an exclusive Monterey Car Week experience with four nights at The Inn at Spanish Bay, VIP access to The Quail Motorsports Gathering, and privileged entry to the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

The auction contributed to the festival’s most successful year yet, helping raise over $34 million for the foundation. “Contributing to the community and fostering a sense of purpose are integral to our broader understanding of sustainability,” noted Jun Watanabe, Senior Director of Sales and Operations at Bentley Americas.

This sale marks another milestone in the Naples Winter Wine Festival’s 25-year history, during which it has generated more than $336 million to support its mission of improving the lives of underprivileged children in the region.
