To be 1,000 feet taller than the Empire State Building, Dubai is building the world’s second tallest skyscraper. Burj Azizi will feature a seven-star hotel with the world’s highest lobby, a vertical retail center, a luxury ballroom, a beach club, a nightclub, and an observation deck.

Dubai is in dethroning mode as Azizi Developments’ $1.63 billion Burj Azizi skyscraper is set to become the world’s second-tallest at 2,400 feet. It will join the Emirates’ tallest, the 2,716-foot Burj Khalifa, surpassing the 2,227-foot Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur. The 131+ story skyscraper will be a dominant feature of Dubai’s skyline in the Dubai World Trade Centre area along Sheikh Zayed Road.

The ever-rising real estate benchmarks have gained a new achievement with Burj Azizi. Plenty is in store in the megatall building, from the highest nightclub on level 126 and the highest observation deck on level 130 to the “world’s highest lobby” on the 11th floor. Records continue with Dubai’s highest hotel room and restaurant on levels 118 and 122, respectively, according to TheNationalnews. Inside the gleaming exterior is a seven-star hotel featuring high-end residences, including penthouses, apartments, and vacation homes.

The beauty of this space lies in its inspiration from seven different cultural themes, catering to the rich and well-traveled with a variety of luxe amenities. Burj Azizi, the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, will also offer wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini-markets, resident lounges, a children’s play area, and more. The list continues with numerous high-end F&B options and an adrenaline zone. The cherry on top is the vertical retail center spread over seven floors, a luxury ballroom, and a beach club. Burj Azizi is indeed a lavish world within the glittering city of Dubai.

The $8 billion project will feature 18,000 kilometers of lagoons, beaches, and boardwalks, two five-star hotels, a boutique hotel, 109 villas, and more than 34,000 apartments. The area will be brought to life with luxury stores, nightlife, entertainment options, and top-tier restaurants.
