At $2 million the most expensive loafers come studded with 14,000 diamonds

American actor and host Nick Cannon may be going through a challenging patch in his marriage with Mariah Carey, but he is focused on the finale of ‘America’s Got Talent’. The actor commissioned jewelry designer Jason Arasheben to create a $2 million loafers for the finale episode of the reality show. The shoes encrusted with 14,000 full cut round brilliant white diamonds were individually set onto white gold with a total carat weight of 340 carats, and is currently being reviewed by the Guinness Book of World Records as the Most Valuable Pair of Shoes in the world.

The bedazzled shoes took nearly one year and over 2,000 man-hours to complete. The designer said that seven pairs of shoes were ruined before they could achieve the desired pair of loafers with Tom Ford leather soles.
