Giorgio Armani opens a flagship store exclusively for women in Paris

Giorgio Armani has opened its second boutique in Paris on Avenue Montaigne. Avenue Montaigne is perhaps the most fashionable street in not just Paris but the world. Originally called allée des Veuves or ‘Widow’s alley,’ this street has gone from women mourning to women celebrating the incredible luxury. It is thus perfect that Armani should open a store dedicated solely to women on this high fashion street. The store is located over 450 square meters of stylish space divided over two levels. The interiors stay true to the brand’s essence and have been created using ultra-luxury materials, such as Persian Onix.

The flagship store will occupy what was originally the Ungaro location, this is of special significance to Giorgio Armani because this is where he collaborated with the legendary Emmanuel Ungaro over three decades ago.

The store will provide women with a one-stop-shop for everything Armani, as it will carry ready-to-wear and accessories, including bags and shoes, both of which are of course made in Italy.
